Getting started

Beta Briefing is your AI layer for the internet. Every morning, while you sleep, a research pipeline reads the open web on the topics you actually care about, decides what matters, writes it up, and delivers it to you as a single daily briefing — a ten-minute read, not a quarterly report.

You set the lens. We make the lens visible.

What you get

A briefing is the artifact: a short, edited rundown of what happened on your topics since the last one, written to be read over coffee. It arrives by email, it's narrated as audio you can listen to like a podcast, and it lives on the web at your own channel page.

Beta Briefing is not a feed and not a news app. There's no infinite scroll to manage and no firehose to triage. The whole point is that the reading and the cutting already happened — through a lens you control — by the time it reaches your morning desk.

How a briefing comes together

Each edition runs through the same overnight pipeline:

  1. Research — search agents query the open web across your topics and pull the full text of the most relevant articles.
  2. Editorial — an editorial AI reads everything, removes duplicates and stale re-treads, decides what's worth your attention, and writes the briefing.
  3. Audio — the briefing is narrated to a natural-sounding voice.
  4. Delivery — it's emailed to you, published to your channel page, and added to your podcast feed.

You don't operate any of this. You set the topics and the schedule; the pipeline does the rest before you wake up.

Channels and your briefing

Your briefing has a channel — its home on the web, at betabriefing.ai/channels/<your-slug>/. The channel page is where past editions live and where your podcast feed comes from. You can keep your channel private (email-only) or let it be publicly listed.
